Who processes your data
Data submitted through the form on merxio.ba is processed by the Merxio team. For any privacy question, contact info@merxio.ba.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the form: name, company, e-mail, phone, industry, ERP and message. The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
Why
To answer your enquiry and arrange a demo or an Inventory Diagnosis. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
How long
We keep your enquiry while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by e-mailing info@merxio.ba.
Inventory Diagnosis
ERP exports you send for the Diagnosis are used only to prepare the report for your company and are deleted afterwards, unless agreed otherwise.
