Do we have to change our ERP?

No. Merxio works alongside your existing ERP and only reads data from it. Your accounting and processes stay the same.

Which ERP does it work with?

We connect to your ERP's database or exports. The Merxio team maps the tables for your company, and we check your system during the demo.

Where is our data kept?

On your server. You switch service access for maintenance on and off yourself.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the number of items, warehouses and users. Prices are on request, and the first step, the Inventory Diagnosis, is free.

What exactly do we send for the Diagnosis?

Three ERP exports: current stock, sales and receipts for the last 12 months. We agree the format; Excel or CSV is enough.
